These terms govern your use of the CarVeyor website. Listings, prices, and availability are informational and subject to change; nothing on this site is a binding offer until confirmed in writing.

Inquiries and offers

Submitting a form starts a conversation, it does not create a contract. Purchase, consignment, and instant-offer terms are set out in a separate written agreement. On a consignment, you see your net before signing.

Payments

Funds are handled through neutral third-party escrow and released only when conditions are verified. We will never pressure you to wire money early, and we correspond only from @carveyor.com.

Vehicle information

We document each car honestly, including known flaws. Specifications and history reports are provided in good faith from available sources; independent inspection is always welcome.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may contact you by text and phone about your inquiry and its status. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Full details are in our Text Messaging (SMS) Terms.
